Concentrated - Red Fruits - Carbonic - Fresh
At last Sebastien has had a good run with his vintage and has produced good quantities of one of our favourite wines. The 2019 has spent 25 days on skins, and full carbonic maceration. The result is a concentrated, elegant, slightly grippy, skinsy Cabernet Franc with red and plum fruits. All made in tank at a cooler fermentation temperature and no sulphur.
