Some would say that d`Yquem does not have a bad year. Although it could also be said that not only was the 2011 the top of the sweet wines of Bordeaux, but amongst the very best of all the Bordeaux wines of the vintage. Always golden and honeyed, some find overripe pineapple, roasted nuts, and apricots. Now with some age, it is perfumed, rich and intense at first, long on the palette and in the memory. This is a truly special bottle.
Drinks best from 2020 through to 2060.
